The above current listing of this Hardcover edition WRONGLY says it is 224 pages.

The CORRECT number of pages is:
278 pages.

If you count the 1 additional "About the Author" page afterward
(which is NOT numbered),
then you could say the final number actually is
279 pages.

I am NOT including the extra four pages after that for the author's "Preview for my Next Book.")
