Currently, book 3 in the Powerless Trilogy by Lauren Roberts is something in German, and this information was posted on Goodreads long before the 3rd book was actually announced by the author last week (not sure what book this info actually belongs to...). The ISBN is also not correct for the new 3rd book from what I can tell.

The book you linked is the German translarion of Fearless and both books are listed on Goodreads as two editions of the same work. https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...

The reason why the German one is the first visible edition is because it was added by more users than the English edition.
