Request update on book covers

Hi there, I hope I'm doing this right. I just want to request that someone would update the cover for my book. I uploaded the new cover about two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been updated on the Goodreads site. I don't know how long this is supposed to take, could someone inform me? Perhaps I just need to wait longer?

We do not change or update covers for existing books.
If the one you want is not yet on Goodreads and ASIN/ISBN remain the same you can add alternate cover edition

Thank you for responding, Martin. I have added the alternate cover edition and it doesn't appear to have been updated yet, even though I did this over two weeks ago. Could there be something else I need to do that I may have missed?

I'm changing the covers on all my books. I have 6 finished so far. I've uploaded all these changes to the Goodreads website and have tried to do everything correctly, and check all the appropriate boxes and so forth, but they still have not been updated on my author dashboard. I'm a bit perplexed as to what to try next . . . If you could offer any advice, I'd be ever so grateful. :)

I know nothing about author dashboards, librarians have no access to these. It would be better to ask support staff about this.
