Christel | 27 comments HELP! HELP! HELP! I'm looking for a novel but of course I don't remember its name... It's set on college and due to mistake of college authorities a nerd girl whose sole focus is studying, ends up with the college playboy who I think is a football player as roommate, he decides he is going to force her to move out by holding parties and all that jazz! Thank you!

Actually, my friend is the one looking for the book, and when she told me, I thought it was hashtag# too, but she told me no, that's why I'm asking here because I run out of book titles that match the criteria. But thank you :)

No it's not. I think it's going to be hard to find it, since the plot is a bit common. Anyway, I might as well cry! But thank you :D

If you have photo bucket it's so easy! I remember when I used to do my reviews like this https://www.goodreads.com/review/show... now I'm too lazy!

message 23: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 164 comments I don't even know what a photo bucket is lol

message 24: by Lhushious Lucie (new)

Lhushious Lucie (lhushiouslucy) | 13 comments I only do good reviews for books that astound me, and pictures are needed.. I'm reading Tillie Cole's Sweet Hope and Axel is needed in photo form... badly. He is lush. I want to keep him.

message 25: by Christel (new)

Christel | 27 comments Photobucket is an online page where you can storage images and gifs and once you uploaded the images or gifs, it gives you the links so you can put them whatever you want, just copy and paste.

I really liked Sweet Home, but couldn't get into Sweet Rome. Maybe I'll try Sweet Hope (who's that one about?)

message 27: by Lhushious Lucie (new)

Lhushious Lucie (lhushiouslucy) | 13 comments Sweet Hope is the 4th book. So you are missing Sweet Fall, which is about Austin, Rome's best mate and his trails. Sweet Hope is about Axel, Austin's eldest brother.

Sarah | 164 comments okay so Sweet fall first. Got it!

message 30: by Lhushious Lucie (new)

Lhushious Lucie (lhushiouslucy) | 13 comments Good luck :)

message 31: by Christel (new)

Christel | 27 comments I read Sweet Home and Sweet Rome but I didn't read the next ones, because I have a really hard time when a book series change of leading characters.

message 32: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 164 comments I don't mind that if done well.

message 33: by Lhushious Lucie (new)

Lhushious Lucie (lhushiouslucy) | 13 comments Yes, I agree, but... I think the author develops the existing characters as well, I love catching glimpses and hearing about how they are doing. All these characters she has written are all interlaced in some way. I'm really crushing on the Corillo Brothers atm. Rome?? pfft give me Axel on a marble plinth please.
The same with Penelope Douglas in Bully, I love Jared... However... I totally threw him out when Jax's story rolled around. You don't always enjoy certain characters within the fold, but it usually leads on to bigger and better things for all the characters and the plot line involved.
I didn't like Phury's or Vishous' stories in Black Dagger Brother Hood, but JR Ward had other shit in these stories that was so in-depth, you couldn't skip them as you would be missing a WHOLE chunk of other goodness and often carnage that co insides with the MC's story.
So I defo say, if you can't get on with one character, go back and have another knock at the rest. Especially if you really enjoyed the first book.
Sorry for rant!

message 34: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 164 comments Very true I'm a huge KA fan and love hearing about characters from other books when I read forward in a series.

message 35: by Christel (new)

Christel | 27 comments I don't know why, I just can't, I loved "Too far" by Abbi Glines but I didn't like the rest of "Rosemary Beach" series, I loved "Wait for you" (Wait for you, Trust in me) by Jennifer L. Armentrout but I didn't like that much "Be with me" or "Fall with me" I didn't even read "Stay with me" I really liked "Fall away" by Penelope Douglas but again I couldn't finish "Rival" or "Falling Away" but I truly want to read "Aflame" just to name a few but the list is so long!

message 36: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 164 comments I agree with the "wait for you" loved, loved, loved that book, but wasn't too hot on the rest. Some series are really good though. Have you read Kristen Ashley at all?

message 37: by Autumn ♥ (new)

Autumn ♥ (autumnruth19) | 3 comments Someone Like You by Joanne McClean Is this the book you were looking for?

I have, just a few but I'm not crazy about them. I don't know why but lately it's so hard to find a book that I really want to read or if I read it I don't give it more the 3 stars because I don't love it enough, I wanted to read "The traveling woman" because I loved "The traveling man" but when I finished it, I couldn't give it 5 stars, I feel like I'm turning quite picky and it's so hard to love something lately.
