Raylene, welcome to the group! Like you, a large percent of my reading is listening to audio books. Raylene wrote: "Hi, I'm Raylene! I love reading thrillers, mysteries, horror, sci-fi, and fiction. I'd love to connect with fellow book lovers. Feel free to add me, and I'll add you back!"

Hi! (Is it okay that I write here? Do people still write on here?) anyway I’m just an average student trying to survive. Books the only thing keeping me afloat as I study courses like criminology (my favorite) and sociology alike. <3 huge animal lover and book nerd, plus if you haven’t guessed it dark romance lover. Oh! And I’m obsessed with Hamilton!
LOL, fine to write here dat_kayleegirl! Hope the books you read do indeed help you stay afloat as you manage your coursework. dat_kayleegirl wrote: "Hi! (Is it okay that I write here? Welcome to the group Olex! Olexandra wrote: "Hi, I'm Olex. Thank you for having me. Have a nice day :)"
Aloha!I just got the biggest laugh reading your intro page! "Unrepentant Out Of Order Reader!" I'm one of those! Currently for me, that's ANY Lisa Gardner book I can get my hands on, order be damned! haha
Excited to be here!
Tanya, welcome to the group; happy to have you join us! I love the flexibility of being an Unrepentant Out of Order Reader!📚😀📚📚😀📚
Welcome to the group Jayne! Great places to find recommendations are the JF NR threads for in progress ‘Now reading’ or ‘Just finished’ books. The monthly lists posts and group read bookshelf will also hold potential thriller recommendations. Happy reading!
Hey!my name is Dilara, I live in Germany and studied psycholinguistics, which might explain why I’m especially drawn to (psycho)thrillers! 😄
I also enjoy reading nonfiction and books about art, and every now and then I love a good book with a humorous touch. I’m curious about all kinds of genres—well, maybe except romance.
Feel free to send me a friend request – I’d love to connect and exchange recommendations:)
Looking forward to chatting with you all!
Welcome Dilara! We are happy to have you join us. We can mutually benefit from seeing what we are reading!
I was sent an invitation to join, so...I'm Dottie. If you read my profile, you'll probably believe I'm dotty. I'm not dotty, I'm Dottie. I live in Scotland. I was born in England and count myself as British.
I might be a little crazy in trying to reduce my carbon-footprint to its minimum but, I'm not dotty. I'm Dottie!
I have a clothes recycling effort - it makes mums and their little-ones happy, happy, happy. And... I like sleeping in the garden. I shower in the garden too: with rain water. The health nutters drive to the beach, the lake, the river, every morning and take a swim - it's so healthy for them. Leave the car in the garage: take a cold shower; better still, shower in the garden in rain water. That makes so much sense. You see, I'm not dotty. I'm Dottie.
Friend me. :)) I'm not dotty.
Welcome Natali and Jade it is a good thing to have friends to talk about and share books. Welcome Dottie, it’s nice you can make Mum’s and little ones happy. You must have a very nice backyard.
We are happy to have you all join us!
The family left the U.K. last year, I now live in Barcelona, with my parents. As yet, I've not found the courage to write a review. Maybe chatting about books is a good start. I'm thankful for the opportunity to join your group and thankful I was tipped the wink about Goodreads.
Natali wrote: "I live in Madrid with my cousin, Naomi. We do everything together; even share the same bed !!!"I'm in Madrid often. Fancy a coffee?
Donna and everyone: welcome! You are already in. Just jump in and start posting in whichever thread strikes your fancy.
Hello, I'm Poppy.I work in hospitality: a plush establishment, patronised by more gentle, conservative folk.
Hello. Everyone I know calls me, 'Zo'. I'm from a big family, my siblings are all girls. We are a family of amatuer academics. My parents who met at university and then walked out, and my parents are incredibly wise, many years ago called university (universities), 'An institution of ideological fruit cakes.' I'm here to learn from what I read. Thrilling reads are on my menu, not outlandish thrillers. Recs anyone?Ohh, yeah. Friends would be good!
Hello all,I'm a uni student from Britain. I've never been overseas and I'm wanting to read about life at all points of the compass. I read about the world we live in because I can't afford to travel. I focus my reading on real-world fiction and non-fiction; recommendations are welcome - as are friends.
Hi,I'm a single girl from West England and struggling to make ends meet.
I'm a signed up member of the local library and I'm an ebook fan (it's a cost thing) and have the Kindle app on my laptop.
The library has a book group. I thought of joining, but coffee and a bun costs an arm and a leg: I'll stay home.
Friends and recommendations would be good.
Good-day, I'm from Down-Under.Natalie invited me. I don't do fantasy and other world genres. I'd appreciate non-fiction/fiction recs. Non-fiction can be thrilling: Red Dusk and the Morrow.
Hi, I'm Bridge. I'm 26. I'm shy. I'm single and aiming to stay that way for a good few years yet. I'm working and other than reading and work, I have a house with a garden (left me by my grandmother) that keeps me fit.I love reading good real life fiction.
Just a girl. Struggling to stay in the black and now reading to learn and not to escape.Friends and recommendations would be nice.
Hello, I'm Meg and I live in Greater Manchester. I'm in study, have a room in a house and enjoy my books. I'm being pulled toward the realm of realistic fiction, memoirs and geo-political thrillers.
Hi, I'm Emma or M.I'm not too keen on the world we are living in. Books are my escape. I yearn for the world we had between the two wars.
Hi all! I’m Megan, and I work as a library assistant (my dream job haha.) I read a lot in my spare time, and thrillers and mysteries are my go to! I’d love to make more friends on here, so feel free to add me if you’d like 💜
Hi to everyone,I'm from the UK and I've recently arrived in the US of A (Boston: of Boston Globe fame). Daddy works for a bank. I had a choice of staying, but we were living in London (a very unsafe city for women) and I like the idea of a policed city. I'm a newcomer to Goodreads. I'd love some recommendations. I don't do Sci-Fi, Fantasy or Horror.
Welcome to the US and the group Heidi. Good places for recommendations are the Monthly Reads folder and the JF/ NR Just Finished Now reading thread:
