i wouldn't say PREFER but im more likely to rewatch the hunger games than to reread it. this is purely bc i have too many books to read to reread a series, and i love the movies as much as i love the books
twilight- i sooo prefer the books to the movies! i cried while reading new moon- it’s sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! 😭
Not a movie, but I did enjoy the first few seasons of The 100 over the books (just the first few seasons of the show, before it took a nose dive in quality.) - CallistaThe Reader was an exceptionally good movie. Still loved the book but the acting in the movie was just so good and the emotions hit so much harder. - Alan
the ballad of songbirds and snakes, i feel like the cuts and merges of scenes were smart and necessary
It’s not a movie, but a docuseries. I much prefer the series, Dopesick. I tried to read the book with the same name but it was so slow and dry IMO (and I’m a nonfiction girlie!)
It depends on the movie/book for example the idea of you i actually preferred the book more in some areas than The movie probably a unpopular opinion Fifty Shades of Grey lol the books were so much better than the movies
controversial opinion....lord of the rings (the movies were just so epic, to see all the actions compared to the book)also the 1995 PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, that's *chiefs kiss*
not a movie but a tv series, anne with an e was darling and i loved that they added certain plots, i also loved how they were able to focus on characters other than anne throughout the show as well.

I'll start:
I like dune as a movie rather than a book because it's easier to understand. The book is really good though.
