I've been listening to the book. it has been interesting to watch things "come" together. But as stated, I don't think it is all as it seems. I also understand why people can read this book multiple times.

Finally starting this one, not too far in but already enjoying the writing style. 🤞🏼

I am only 20% into Shutter Island and I am really started to settle into the writing style and background story. I would think it’s the “entire” story but knowing this author as I do, there are many, deeper lines that flow through this story. I’m being reminded how much I enjoy Dennis Lehane’s novels!

It's a twisty trip from start to finish.

As i read, all i can picture for Teddy and Chuck are the 2 agents from the Netflix show Mindhunters.. 🤣

@Julie, that is funny. I do know that after reading it and now watching the movie, I am not sure Leo was a perfect Teddy.
