While I will gladly devour almost anything I can get my hands on, I typically gravitate toward science fiction, fantasy, and LGBTQ+ content when I'm reading for pleasure. As part of my services offered, I also offer reviews on my website or site of choice once writing I've worked with has been published.
My rate is typically $5 per 10k words for both inline comments and a separate document for an overview of reactions and feedback. I also offer editing/proofing services but at a higher rate. I have worked with many authors looking to improve in specific areas based on query feedback. If I am reading with a more narrow scope, I will often offer a lower price if my normal rate is unattainable at the moment.
