This is the information on how this book happened to be written.
In 1973, when my wife, Dorothy was 31 years old, I placed her under hypnosis to search for a possible past life. I did find a life that she had in France from 1730 to 1749. Her name was Andrea. Everything was recorded on cassette tapes. My wife did not speak French but during the sessions, she would often speak in a perfect French dialect.
During the 6th or 7th session, a different person started speaking to me. It brough some goose bumps to me but she told me not to fear her. She told me that I was a spirit just like she was, the only difference was that she didn’t have a material body and I did. She told me that her name was Jessica and that she had been with the soul of this woman now known as my wife since 1736. She said that she was an old lady in the hospital and this little girl was so brave and positive that it gave her hope that she could continue her work. Now, Andrea had fallen off a horse at the age of six in 1736. Her legs were crippled, and she was in the same hospital getting treated.
During the next session with Jessica, she told me that my wife would be writing a book about finality and that she (Jessica) would be helping her write this book. About a month later, suddenly, my wife, Dorothy, started to write on lined pages in a three-ring binder. She kept writing as fast as a person could write and she wrote the book in less than a month. It was almost like she was in a trance. It became obvious that the story was being put in her mind to write so fast.
At the end, she called the book Beyond the Death of Ira Nesbitt. We were so busy at that time, playing music in Canada and Northern USA, and at the same time building our own house, that it seemed like we weren’t thinking of the book.
My wife passed away in 2021. We had 63 good years together. After her passing, it seemed like I was being pushed to find the manuscript. I finally found it in the basement, keyed it into my computer and the book finally got published in September 2023. It is now available everywhere.
