Marilyn | 2 comments I haven’t read any but would love recommendations for someone dipping their toes into it for the first time.

✨💫Ari 💫✨ | 6 comments The serpent and the wings of night. It’s like hunger games but with vampires! It’s enimes to lovers and it’s super fast paced and has spice🔥🗡️🦇

Mim | 43 comments Simple wild by k.a tucker (sunshine x grumpy)
Blame it on the champagne by fiona cole (convenient, marriage)
The favor by suzanne Wright (convenient marriage)
Kingdom os the wicked bty kerri manisco (romantasy) first book isn't that spicy
Made series by lori danielle (mafia). Might be very spicy for "beginner"

Stace | 33 comments Plated prisoner series by Raven Kennedy is excellent, but is not a fav for many readers (1st book a struggle / might be difficult for some readers too)

Blood and Ash by Jennifer L Armentrout is amazing 🥰

Fourth wing & Iron Flame are great reads - dragons & magic too so that’s fun!!

Ever King & Ever Queen duology is good (and has pirates) 🏴‍☠️

Throne of Glass & Crescent City amazing, as is ACOTAR 😍

The Serpent & Wings of Night by Carissa Broadbent also a good read. I also really enjoyed Folk of Air series.

Currently reading Kingdom of lies series….and loving it ❤️

I think all of these would tick the box for the vibes you are looking for 🤣

Chasie 🦋 | 232 comments some of these on here are NOT beginner level spice recommendations 😅

so i would like to add Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan (contemporary/small town) and Bride by Ali Hazelwood (cozy paranormalish omegaverse w/ a twist)

Mellifluous | 11 comments I highly recommend Birthday Girl by Penelope Douglas, and Praise by Sara Cate (it's the first in a series).

message 7: by Kyrié (new)

Kyrié | 87 comments twisted series and kings of sin

message 8: by Claire (new)

Claire Carbon | 14 comments I read Give Me More by Sara Cate as my first spicy book which I don't think was a great beginner book lol (plus it was the 3rd in the series - same series @Mellifluous mentions)

Emily Henry writes some spice scenes that are good for beginners

message 12: by lys (new)

lys (lysfletcher) | 24 comments Psycho shifters series!

message 13: by Danielle (new)

Danielle (wonderland_wallflower) | 5 comments The Twisted Series is a great way to start!!!

Twisted Love
Twisted Games
Twisted Hate
Twisted Lies

Then to continue the King of Sin Series.

King of Wrath
King of Pride
King of Greed
King of Sloth

Both series take place in the same universe, but each book is a standalone story so if you are not vibing with a book you can skip it.
