How Do I Message Authors For Review Swaps

I have been told that a great way to promote my book is to do review swaps through Goodreads. The other day I looked up a bunch of different books in my genre and looked on their author's pages, but I didn't see anything that said "message author". (on a similar note, my author web link isn't appearing despite my including it on my page). So how so I reach out to these authors to initiate a review swap?
