No spice, triggering content book recs (see comment)

I've been having a hard time finding some books that don't involve any extreme topics (Graphic spice scenes, r*pe, p*do, incest, infidelity, etc) and honestly, I'm getting pretty tired of looking. Mainly looking for lit fic, sci-fi, and historical fiction.

I would love to know if you also have some bookish creators who don't recommend books with extreme topics.
