The thing is, it's not changing Ephemeral's menbers. It's removing Ephemeral all together. Four DIFFERENT teams

Dream, maybe what you can do instead is

1. Scrap getting points for inviting people. It’s just caused people to invite inactive people for the sake of it and they’re not contributing, they’re just sitting there and are getting in the way of people getting members who actually contribute

2. Be fairer with your sorting, stop sorting people based on who has the least number of people, look at who has the least ACTIVE people (and fgs actually pick where the member goes instead of picking out of a figurative hat)


3. Keep on top of whether people are being active or not, everyone in Eph WAS active at one point but if they aren’t any more and don’t have a valid reason, get rid of them and give them people who are actually going to helppp them

No. Of members has never been a criteria unless there's too big of a gap, which has happened maybe once, when a bunch of official Luminary members collectively left the group

Dream keep one thing in mind, a lot of people aren’tttt active and when I have invited people, I’ve always looked to see if the person would actually stick around and be active long term, with this, people are just joining because someone they know invited them, buuuut they don’t always have a genuine interest in participating so naturally they won’t take part.

A smaller yet active group is better than a larger and dead one
