Pills. I wasn't deficit in it at all, so I was supposed to take 25 g every TWO days, that's half a pill.

Ended up taking two full 50g pills back to back. That's 100g plus a few extra gramps of naturally acquired zinc in my body.

The average daily zinc intake is 12.5 grams, at least for me. I had about nine times the needed zinc in my body. And excess of anything is bad, ESPECIALLY nutrients so...

Mouth wounds and blisters and ulcers. My mouth is pretty much a mess and now I'm officially scared of (pill form) medicine, as if I didn't dislike it already.

I do, yes, but how exactly is that connected to what was being said? 1.5x is too much. I change the edition to like a few pages more or LESS in order to have the perfect number. I don't EXCEED or choose a 4000 page book just bcz it is prime instead of 401 edition. For example :)

You did it first with Emma and I had never ONCE logged a massive page edition before that day, I onlyyy did it that day because you people were all trying to cram in as many massive editions as you could before Dream made the rule and BEFORE I did that, I told Ephemeral to take advantage of it too because it’s not fair on them when they’re already trying to catch up and everyone is trying to max out the points, right? So yes, I did it for the first time that day and only because other teams were doing it too. Also if Maysa had logged it within a larger time period, I could not and woulddd not have said anything because it would have been entirely fair, the onlyyy reason I was able to say smth was because of how short the time frame was. Which is exactly the reason I never said anything about Emma because it’s entirelyyy possible that you didd read it and read it properly. 🥰🫶🏼
