my sleep sched has been SO messed up lately after going almost two days without sleeping

LOOK IT WASNT MY FAULT. I literally could NOT sleep for some reason and it was making me so mad because I had to wake up at 4am to get ready for eid and no matter how hard I tried I just COULDNT I was fake sleeping for almost an HOUR

and then I ended up getting scolded by maysa and I stayed up talking to sara until like 3:30 and then I was helping my mom until 4 and then I tried sleeping AGAIN because she told me I can sleep for an hour but then I literally wouldn't sleep

and then that day after eid was over I was up until 1 watching the royals with my sister and afterwards I again couldnt sleep until like 2 I'm pretty sure and then I slept for 14 nice hours

but now I'm hyper at night and toss and turn for like 30 minutes and then I'm exhausted and dead during the day
