3 stars at maximum. i read a book that had one of the best plot twists i had ever read, but it was mediocre and the rest of the book (particularly the first 70-75%) was pretty stagnant

I meannn books are not only there to be good and pretty, as long as it's able to make you feel something because all ratings are pretty subjective you can't really be objective

OMG YESSS wildest dreams is such a nostalgic song , certainly not in my top 5 1989 songs or anything but it’s still memorable bc of the nostalgia factor 🥹🥹 you’re right, the vibe of the album just puts me in high spirits !! i’m hoping her next album is similar to that. i love her recent albums so much, but she’s been receiving a lot of criticism and people are saying that they just sound the same. tbf, people were also saying that about her older, happier albums so i have no idea what they want but it makes sense
