Additionally, I own a copy of the book, and the gray stripe at the top that says “A Malarkey Original” is not on the cover (if a picture is needed, I’ll take one and add it in a reply when I get the chance). That version of the cover art is only present on the publisher’s website and on bookseller websites for the non-Kindle ebook edition of the novel. The gray stripe is not present on the actual physical book itself or on the Amazon page for the paperback.
