Wrong profile. Again

Hi,
Because I am forced by Goodreads to have periods in my author profile which don’t exist eg C.C. Gedling, when my books go up on Amazon for preorder appear under the pen name CC Gedling (my actual name)
Each time I require a librarian to reassign them.
Could this be done yet again?
