Helping authors fix account rejections

Hi there,

I work for an academic publisher, and we've had some issues in the past with our authors being rejected from the Goodreads author program. I was curious about the correct place to reach out about these issues—is this contact form (https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...) the best bet? The two most recent times I've reached out through this form, I never received a response.

That is the correct way to contact staff.
Librarians are volunteers and have no involvement in author program so it is only staff who can assist you.
