Christine Mathieu | 948 comments All the Nantucket novels by Nancy Thayer. Start with "Nell", then "Morning" and then "Belonging".
From "Moon Shell Beach" on it all takes place on Nantucket Island.
However, my favorites are "Three Women at the Water's Edge" and "Family Secrets". Both don't take place on Nantucket.

I like Nancy Thayer's Nantucket novels better than those by Elin Hilderbrand.

How about "The Shell Seekers", the sequel "September" and "Coming Home" by Rosamunde Pilcher?

I saw that The Cottage on Sunshine Beach is a second book in the series, is it connected to the first one or can I skip it?
