@aborazmeh, wouw, you're picking up many requests! you can state here which you've done. If there is another librarian who also understands Arabic it's easier to spot which still need attention =D

* في مكان ما بين الغيوم: I couldn't find anything about it except some Facebook posts, the publisher website showed nothing (the popular publisher with that name, publishers with the same name isn't an uncommon thing)
* الرسائل البابوية: I couldn't find anything about it, It's an old book, some search results showed the letters are in multi-volume edition, there is no website for the publisher

Good that you check it. For this one, you can ask the requester a question. Maybe they can take a picture of the book and the page with the publishing info? And if he/she doesn't reply, we can close it after a month. I always use the following text:
We need a webpage showing the (ISBN/ASIN and other) book data. We also need it for the cover image. It should be non-bookseller site (Amazon & AbeBooks excepted), so from the publisher, library or another acceptable site: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...
Alternatively, if you have the book, we can use a scan/photo of your copy for the cover and the page with the publication information (you can upload a scan/photo of your own to the "more photos..." section of your profile (https://www.goodreads.com/photo/new)), then copy the link here and a librarian can add it. Make sure you state the source of the photo in the text.

I know it's voluntary, but I had some free time. I will try to contact some Arabic librarians and communicate the purpose of this post if some of were active on Arabic groups so maybe they'd help.

There are Arabic librarian groups, but some people post here, and it's difficult to find them due to high activity.
