and go on walks/ swim or ride a bike
they will make you feel stronger and healthier 🤍

• stay hydrated
• skin care and makeup with clean ingredients (harsh ingredients can irritate your skin and nobody wants that remember you don't need anything fancy and you don't need to use a crazy amount of products)
• prioritize your mental health. its most important (when you take care of yourself mentally it will show)
• get plenty of sleep!!
• wear sunscreen!! especially if you live somewhere that's super sunny and hot during the summer. it's so important!
• this may sound silly but have fun make the best of your summer!
products~
• I have VERY sensitive skin so I’ve learned you really don’t need anything crazy special. I use CeraVe
everything (sunscreen, moisturizer, cleanser, etc)
• there is this product called Cetaphil healing ointment. i use a small amount every morning and night. it makes my skin look and feel great.
• for makeup i mostly use the brands elf and nyx. not only are they inexpensive but they are also great for sensitive skin.
• for mascara I use lash princess by essence. I use the waterproof flash lash effect one<333 have an amazing summer girly!!
