Please correct the page count to 246.

I'm currently reading this book from the library. Here is what is at the end of the book:
- Main text ends on page #203
- Blank page (un-numbered)
- Acknowledgements - pages #205-206
- Notes (endnotes for the text) - pages #207-227
- Blank page (un-numbered)
- Index (for topics cited in the text) - pages #229-246
- There is only a blank page after that.

The Librarian Guidelines say to include all relevant end material (like Acknowledgements, Notes & Index) in the page count. So please correct the page count to 246 to include all of that.
