Yes, the request is in Malayalam language which is very different from Malay (or Indonesian). Malay written language is either in roman character or jawi character (modification of arabic character - very less use nowaday, you won't find it here I guess).

Oh, sorry, I had no idea they were two different languages. I know Malay, is like Tetum (from Timor), but I had no idea about Malayalam?

Of course, skip requests that you are not comfortable with. I recently skipped a request for religious booklet in French (Summary: don't read Harry Potter or you'll go to hell). After three librarians sent it to me and no one else wanted to add it, I closed it with comment: "We consider this book inappropriate" :))
But I didn't get which request you skipped. #31? I thought these are editions of Richard Dawkins books about science.
