That book was added incorrectly by bots. I have marked it as Invalid.
Goodreads and Amazon are different entities. The only way a review from Goodreads would appear on Amazon is if the user added it in both places.
ETA/OT: When creating an Alternate Cover Edition, please remember that ebooks sold on Amazon are marked as Kindles, not ebooks.
Also, if a book has not yet been released for publication and if that cover has not been released for ARCs or reviews, do not create an ACE. Ask in the Book Cover Help folder for the unused cover to be removed so you can add the published cover.
