Part 2 goes from page 131 to 289 in my edition.

After reading this section, what questions do you have?
What do you imagine will happen in part 3?
What themes have you picked up on?
Are you enjoying the pace?

Christina Silva | 27 comments Still hating this one… This is so convoluted and difficult to follow. Maybe it would be better if I was able to get the actual ebook, but I’ve listened to the first half of the book thrice now and I still can’t get into it. I refuse to listen to it again—it should have been better the first time around, lol. I’m going to finish this out of obligation, but I honestly can’t wait to be done with this one!

Sandra (sarias) | 28 comments Just finished part 2 and wow… super engaged in the story…

Emily | 12 comments it's like a lot is happening and nothing is happening all at once. she's obviously very mentally unwell but so much so that she murders people while she's in a fuge like state? that feels implausible. it's very obvious that her mother has heavily impacted how she tried to be a mother herself but she refuses to deal with her own internal trauma. I'm interested to see where this goes.

Gemma-Marie | 15 comments I think Annie is disassociating and committing crimes when in that mental state, which I wasn't expecting at all.
"You Know What You Did" is an interesting title, especially after Part 2! I thought Annie knew exactly what she did and we wouldn't find out until the end, but now we're probably going to find out at the same time as Annie does.
Looking forward to Part 3 - hope the reveals don't drag too much as there are still about 100 pages left!

li (lilali) | 8 comments still not sure how i feel about this one. im both frustrated and intrigued. im still hoping she isnt actually the one killing these ppl. i need a plot twist of it being duncan or something

Jade Bate (jadebate) | 3 comments About 80% in. For some reason I’m thinking the psychiatrist has something to do with the things Annie is experiencing??? Maybe she’s giving Annie the wrong kind of drugs that are making her hallucinate and maybe she was in love with Duncan/jealous of Annie?

Mica Weaver | 3 comments @Jade That’s an interesting theory, hadn’t thought about the one but I like it!

Marylou Johnson | 12 comments My question is what's the deal with Duncan? I don't think he is as he seems (the devoted husband). I think Annie is being gaslit and the mystery will be solved. I think the pace is too slow, so no not enjoying it. I will finish it, but unless something major changes I won't like it much.

Agreed

Alex Alder | 25 comments I found part 2 way more I interesting than part 1. I have a very strong theory on what's happening, but I'm not sure I want to commit to saying it out loud yet.

Tyler | 45 comments I think the pacing could be quicker. The shock points don't have much impactbecause they are so drawn out. Generational trauma seems to be a prevelant theme through the novel. I'm curious to see the resolution. Who's responsible for all the deaths. I am also curious to see how Tabitha and Annie story unfolds.

Phoebs | 5 comments I am not sure if I like this. It's got me sure but I am not raving about this book. I can appreciate the mental health representation which is awesome to see something so realistic (as it did trigger some of my own anxiety and I took a bit of a break) in a book. I just do not like the storyline I think. I am hoping part three goes faster than the first part of this book, I am a little annoyed that the police do not seem to look in to medical records to see a history of mental health problems for this woman so they can understand her a little more as a person or to why she may not remember a lot. I would assume that would be something you would look into if someone is constantly not sure and seeming unstable, but that could just be me. I am wondering how her and her daughter's relationship will develop, and what is up with Duncan? Is he the person who is going after these people??

Would that not be a HIPAA violation
