[DONE] Author's profile isn't on add/author list

When I try to add the author Michael Connelly to a book review or post, I get a long list of Michael Connellys with no profile picture and often with other names listed as well.

Is there a way to ensure that the author listed above (who has written many bestsellers), is at least on the list with his photo so that the wrong (sometimes fake) authors don't get tagged?

The only way I can 'find' himfor this post is to add one of his books first and then go to the author search, where he's listed. I figure other readers probably don't bother.

When there is more than one author with the same name, GR policy is to add one or more extra spaces between the first and last name to separate the profiles. This is not visible/noticeable in most places, but it is relevant in the "add book/author" tool.
This Michael Connelly has the 4 space profile, so 4 spaces between Michael and Connelly. I don't think regular users can see how many spaces there are in an author profile, so the workaround via the book seems the best solution.

I'm glad the workaround works. I can see the problem, and with more and more authors being added all the time, I foresee a day when GR may have to use some added identifiers to the name mix, the way some reviewers do. Michael$$**#Connelly 😂
