i just read it and i did not enjoy it. like it was sad but not a good read and i found it so boring. i did skim through alot
I expected a lot and was pretty disappointed. It was alright, but found myself really annoyed with all of the petty high school drama. I really didn't like the FMC, but all the other characters were tolerable. And it didn't make me cry, which I was also expecting. I guess I had more issues with this book than I realized lmao.
The book came out so long ago, and go popular again recently.. I read it recently and it was good (personal preference) but I feel like if I read it years ago it would’ve hit even more (and it did enough already). And also depending on the books you read nowadays I get that it might not be everyone’s favourite:)) but give it a shot!! ALTHOUGH book 2 is NOT worth it at all🙅♀️
Like it’s more old school high school drama and character representation than today.. (not sure how to explain) and I think it has its charm compared to how many books today are written (no shame I’m the first to read them)
honestly for all the hype it got, it didn’t live up to my expectations unfortunately :( if you want something with a similar feel and much better in my opinion, try a thousand boy kisses by tillie cole!
i personally dnf’d it awhile back when i was reading it, but i think it was because i was (1) in a slump and (2) i didn’t really have the time to read it at the time. if you haven’t started it yet and you don’t know what *big* thing happens already, skip the prologue because it mentions a spoiler! i feel like it would be better for you to skip it and find out on your own what happens, but i assume you already do because it’s very popular.
Started off really slow and was a bit hard to get through, however the ending had me shoookkk I literally couldn’t get over it. The ending was stuck in my head for hours after 😟

I didn't finish it. (Even though I rarely do that) I just couldn't stand autumn, she just gave me the pick me vibe. I feel so bad for saying this..
I enjoyed the 2 books in this series! I was kind of bothered at times, especially by Autumn, but I really liked the books, and I cried my eyes out!
idc what anybody says those books changed my perspective on life, especially the second one. it shows me how different people cope with loss and grief, and how people can really affect so many lives just by being kind
I really enjoyed it! I finished it in public and ended up bawling so definitely learn from my mistakes lol but I enjoyed it for what it was, which is a young adult romance with plenty of your typical high school drama. I was in a bit of a slump after reading it because it completely tore my heart to bits and I didn't help myself by listening to a spotify playlist that fit the story perfectly. If you're just looking for an enjoyable read, no deep analysis or anything, I think you'll enjoy it!
