Edits to the works listed on my author page

There are three works attributed to me on my author page that are not by me: Temptation, Play and Rhythm'n Jazz. I assume they feature the jazz musician of the same name. Could someone remove them from my author page please. Also, for reasons unknown, a second entry for my book Conversations on Dying has popped up. Could this also be removed? Finally, I don't have an entry for an anthology I have a story in: Cli-Fi: Canadian Tales of Climate Change. I'm wrongly attributed on that book's entry as Phil O'Dwyer, a typo that was never picked up before printing. It would be great if I could get that fixed too. Thank you
