Question #1 ~ Regarding the "two" numbers in the page count. Can it be more than just two or it has to be exactly and only two?

Question #2. Are there THREE numbers (6) (19) (24) or are there FIVE 6,1,9,2,4

The Victorian era spans the 63 years of Queen Victoria's reign over Great Britain and Ireland from 1837 until her death in 1901.

Does the book have to be set in England or Ireland or does any book set between 1837 - 1901 qualify as meeting this task?
