Why do the girls remain silent? I think they are embarrassed by what happened and don't want anyone to know. They aren't about to tell the cops and make it public knowledge. The pictures and video were originally posted on a website before being tagged to Brooke's Facebook and Instagram pages. When Sam went to the school to ask about Brooke's absence, she told the principal about the pictures. He went right to the website, so I'm assuming it was a school sanctioned site. Why would students be able to post on it without someone approving the content?
Sadly, it isn't fiction. The son of the Orange County Sheriff and his friends did the same thing to a girl years ago. Sick, rich, entitled little creatins. Girls are drugged, often don't remember or the memory is hazy. Also, the social stigma.
This is definitely not fiction and it's disgusting. The whole "boys will be boys" attitude is unacceptable and this kind of disrespect begins at home with parents unwilling or incapable of teaching their sons respect for women. It is then exacerbated by authorities from school administrators to cops to judges making excuses for these despicable cretins.
I was reminded of the sickening Brock Turner case.
I agree! This isn't fiction. Not only is it the "boys will be boys" mentality, but the masses like to say the woman or girl is asking for it. In my case, I was told that my sweater was too tight, which made "boys" focus on my boobs. There wasn't any mention that I wore a goose-down coat that went from my neck to my toes.
Parents must be clear to their sons that bad behavior towards women is unacceptable. Women need to consent to any physical contact. Also, the boys must ensure the woman understands what they are consenting to.
