Thanks for this recommendation! I listened to it on audio (started late May) and was hooked from the get-go. Dark and twisty, with flawed but believable characters and a wickedly clever premise. I actually listened to this vs. watching TV to finish it. Great pick!
I also listened to the audio book which was phenomenal, providing background sounds for credence such as a busy cafe. Multiple voices as well so much appreciated lending a smooth experience to the story which I really enjoyed. Full of twists just as we mystery lovers adore.
Just started listening on audible, already loving the sound effects and multiple voices. Can’t wait to get sucked in
I never tried the audio book thing. I have to say the twists in this book were crazy. I didnt expect certain events to happen. Loved the book. Another great novel by Lisa Jewell.
I listened to this about a month or so ago. I LOVE Lisa Jewell. I think I have enjoyed everything that I have read/listened to from her. This was SO GOOD. I enjoyed all of the twists and turns. And the cast of characters on the audio book was *chef's kiss*. As a consumer of True Crime Podcasts, this really dipped into that for me as well. Just kept me thinking the entire time!
