I just realized that the librarian manual about adding literary awards says: "To list an award for which the book has been nominated, use the keyword "Nominee" after the award name." (https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...)

But, when adding an award, there is a box that should be unchecked if it is a nominee. As far as I noticed, the "Nominee" is then automatically added.

So, my question is: Is the instruction in the manual still valid?

Renske | 12222 comments The instruction is valid as using the word nominee will automatically uncheck that box. I use that way often as I find it the quickest way as you can add everything at once, including the year.
