im really upset with how the author wrote wiks death, i feel like the characters ignored petyr and his feelings

absolutely, he died and petyr was like hey guys I’m actually super devastated rn i could use some help and they just kinda didn’t do anything with that???? I dont really care for the 2nd storyline where theyre going to get the twin alders card - ravyn is pretty annoying once again and the stakes dont feel too high as none of the main characters have died yet (we’ll see what’s happening with jespyr later on i assume)

ok cool so I can mention what I was going to - that scene where hauth stabs ione was so good I really didn’t know if the maiden card was actually going to revive her or not, and elm trying to get to her😭😭

im glad ur loving him now, his development from the first book and even from the beginning of this sequel has been super good, he’s making this quest storyline more bearable for me lol
