Hi all. I'm currently reading this book and finding it fascinating. I just finished Part One, "The Science of You".

Before this, I had picked up his newer book, "Becoming Supernatural", but it was a bit too heavy a read for me. It seemed more like a book you would read if you were already familiar with his work and seminars - and this didn't become apparent to me until chapter 8 on Mind Movies.

I wanted something more basic, more introductory and with practical, actionable steps. So far Breaking the Habit has been wonderful for this.

So, have you read this Breaking the Habit? What did you think? Did you apply the steps he outlines and did you see any results? I am genuinely interested as I am in between work assignments and feel that it's time for an application of a different way of living in my life. I no longer want to live by the stagnant routing of, "If you always do what you've always done, you always get what you've always got.".Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One
