It appears that not every Librarian knows that this action will automatically move the 'done' topic to the [Closed] folder. (see here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/..., posts 4, 5, 6).

Could you please add an extra line:
'This will automatically move the topic to the folder [Closed] Added Books/Editions.

P.S.:
Any chance that a similar thing can also be created for the other edit folders, moving these instantly to the Archived folder? That would be awesome!

Hi Emmy! That line is there, under the image showing where the Post button is. Do you think people are assuming that screenshot is the actual comment box and then not scrolling further? 😂 I know it confuses my eyes.

We do have a request pending for more archive folders, I'll definitely let the group know if this is added.

Oops, that must be it!
I thought I remembered having seen it in the past but when looking at it again this morning I scrolled past it too, hahaha.

No problem! When I originally posted the announcement I was like hmmm ... about the screenshot.

And now I see my uncertainty was justified!

That is exactly what I did. I thought it was the comment box, didn't look any further, so didn't see the rest of the note. D-oh!!!

Maybe make the screen cap smaller, or crop it to just show the lower right corner, or add a red circle around the DONE option, or something like that? Basically just anything that makes it clear it isn't the actual comment box.
