[DONE] Merging "Mads Voorten" and "Straceńcy Madsa Voortena" series by Marcin Mortka + updating the covers

Hello. I've noticed that two Marcin Mortka's books, "Martwe Jezioro" and "Druga Burza", are placed in separate serie instead in the one with their sequels. They belong to "Straceńcy Madsa Voortena" serie, with "Martwe Jezioro" being book #0.5, and "Druga Burza" being book #0.7 (that's what the Polish page says). They also have new covers (published by Wydawnictwo SQN) that fit the rest of the serie (links below). Could you transfer them to the proper serie and update their covers?

There were already ACE copies of these books in GR.

The edition that shows on series pages is the most popular edition (or, if the author has set a default edition, the default edition). Librarians cannot change that.

I don't think there is a need for "Mads Voorten" serie to exist now - author has written those newer "Straceńcy Madsa Voortena" books after he changed the publisher and he merged "Mads Voorten" serie with it.

If the two titles were also published under a different publisher under a different series, then we should keep it.

I have moved the 'old' series as the secondary series, so on the book detail page, Straceńcy Madsa Voortena, will come up as the main series.
