Issues with Decision Driven Analytics

Hello,

There are currently two pages for the book Decision-Driven Analytics:

Paperback: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
Kindle: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Both pages should be linked together as editions of the same book. There should also be a third page for the hardcover edition (ISBN 9781613631720 - see here on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Decision-Drive...), And lastly, all three pages should have Bart De Langhe and Stefano Puntoni listed as the authors, and they should all have a cover image (see here on publisher website: https://www.pennpress.org/97816136317... - Image file link: https://pennsylvania-press-us.imgix.n...).

Let me know if I need to do a separate post for the cover since I know there is a separate folder for that. Thanks!
