Thank you and sorry for late answer.
The format is hardcover.
I can confirm that the edition was published in 1956 (first edition).
I don't have the front page cover. I probably have to take a photo myself to avoid breaking others copyright and the cover is very rare.

If you do add the cover, could you please start a new thread in the Adding Book Covers folder? This folder is for page counts & while its ok to ask for quick edits like adding the format here, normally it is better to use this folder https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group... when there are multiple issues.

Please add [done] or similar to the title of this thread. This is only possible in the desktop view.
