Can’t someone remove me from the group

Can someone please help me to leave this group? I don’t see any option to leave on my own.

Do I need to be removed by the admin?

from group home screen click on the underlined blue "edit membership".

The first underlined blue phrase is leave this group, click on that to leave the group
