Sejanus and Lucy Gray are both from TBOSAS. Tigris is too, although her first appearance was actually at the end of Mockingjay. However, since you didn't finish it, you wouldn't have met her then either.

Yeah, Johanna was the victor from 7 who teamed up with them in Catching Fire.
