Please add co-authors and merge editions

Hello,

Marketplace Dignity is by three authors, Cait Lamberton, Neela A. Saldanha and Tom Wein - but only Cait Lamberton is listed. Could the other two co-authors have their names added? See publisher site (https://www.pennpress.org/97816136317...) and Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Marketplace-Di...) where they are listed correctly.

There are also two separate pages for the hardcover (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) and paperback (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...). Could they be merged so that they appear as different editions of the same book, rather than entirely separate book records?
