Hiii everyone! I'm Emma and I am turning 23 next month. I don't remember the exact moment that Palestine became so near to my heart, but in the past year I have been educating myself on Palestine (and imperialism as a whole) and I have joined many actions and organizing opportunities for Palestine where I live in Colorado. I feel the cause deeply and I want to surround myself with people who do as well. It is difficult for me to express in words exactly how I have been feeling about this as we watch such atrocities unfold.I joined this group because I have been looking to support authors who are Palestinian and authors who support the Palestinian fight for freedom. I am also doing my best to avoid Zionist authors and publishers. I am glad a community like this exists. Solidarity is so important!
(So I'm not the only one boycotting Sarah J Maas)
Hey everyone, I'm Vruta. Nice to see a leftist presence on Goodreads. Hope we see an end to settler colonialism in our lifetime!

Salaam everybody 👋 !! I’m Randa and I am pro-Palestine for life.it’s actually disgusts me about what’s happening and the fact that not enough awareness is being bought to this when hundreds of people are dying everyday and I just wish for change not just for Palestine but all countries where there is a genocide happening in.

Hi I’m Hannah, and I’m a teen living in England. I support Palestine because it hurts me so much to see them suffering, and no one deserves to suffer like so many Palestinians have. Supporting them is just the right thing to do.

{🍉🇵🇸} Hey folks! I’m Dorian—gay, trans, leftist, living in the United States. I’ve been following the news in Gaza since October and have been appalled by the atrocities committed by the Israelis and saddened (but not surprised) by the US government’s disregard for the Palestinian people. My current project is to read as many pro-Palestinian books as possible so I can counter Zionist rhetoric

Selam, everyone! my name is Selma. I'm 22, from Albania. I wanted to join a group like this but I couldn't find one , but thankfully a friend sent me an invite. As a country who had been invaded before and got assimilated but thank God we managed to resist and protect our culture my heart aches for them.
Palestinians are always in my prayers. InshAllah better days come and justice is served.

Salaam, Selma!! That's so awesome how you were able to find out about this group and I truly hope that we can all stay strong together for them, the Palestinians. 🥹 I also find it so brave of you to speak about your own country and what you had gone through in relation to what's happening to Palestine, right now. Thank you for joining us! 💕
Oh how I love the fact that a group for pro-Palestine readers exists. Assalamualaikum and hello, my name's Icha. I started being a pro-Palestine after reading Khaled Hosseni's works. My current obsession is Bumi series by Tere Liye. My current hobby is giving low rating on books by pro-genocide authors lol.
Wa alaykum assalaam! I’m so happy to have you here! And Khaled Housseini’s books are incredibleeee
salam everyone! why do i feel like i haven't ever commented on here?? i've been in the group for months lol just never introduced myself. i'm almas, a fellow muslim and i STRONGLY believe and enforce that palestinians are in the right and deserve to be freed of the monstrosities they're facing every day!! <3
Hi y'all, I'm Heer, a 20-year old pansexual woc living in Canada now for university. I'm originally from and born & brought up in India. I initially became interested in Palestine back in 2020 during Covid when I started to get interested in socio-politics on a global scale but a Model United Nations competition and a conversation with one of my Muslim friends is what really evoked my interest. I had an encounter with a sympathy seeking elitist zionist on a discussion in one of the grps I'm a member of. Dw, I put her and her friends in their place and I met like-minded pro-palestine individuals. One of those individuals is a part of this grp.
My biggest icks when it comes to Palestine is when someone or the media uses words like "conflict", "war" and "political issue". It was a political and military issue in 1948. Today it's a full humanitarian genocide.
The best thing I've done so far for Palestine is advocate a lot on my Instagram, call out celebs and general people on their "we don't get involved in politics" bs and raised $4700 for women and children in Gaza in November last year through my university's voice for Palestine group. Unfortunately we forcefully got disbanded in May due to my uni's acceptance of its white supremacy.

O.M.G. Hi, Livie!!! 😊 Your name tag is so pretty and cute and I'm so glad that you've joined us. 🤍 💕 Hopefully you will find much peace and affirmation here within this group of ours. Much love!! xx
Hello, I'm new to book reads and semi-new to the cause. I got involved in the Palestinian cause on October 7th of last year and have spent the past year protesting and volunteering and trying my best to read everything I can on the topic. I support Palestine because I'm a human being with a heart, how could anyone not? It's our responsibilities as human beings to look out for all of our counterparts. When one of us is hurting we all are. I hope for liberation and peace in Palestine <3 Long live the intifada

hi I'm Audrey. I don't know much about the conflict BUT I don't support genocide and to me, what hurts one country hurts the rest of the world.
hi everyone, i’m rania. i don’t usually accept group invites on here but i felt compelled to join this one because i’ve been trying to keep up with news on the g3nocide as much as possible. education on issues like this is of the utmost importance and i’m really glad to see communities standing up for 🇵🇸 online!
hello! i'm sasa, i'm a vietnamese-chinese, 34, and bi woman. as a vietnamese woman, i deeply empathize with the plight of palestinians under settler colonialism. we got colonized so many times by so many invaders that we understand what's at stake. uncivilized made a youtube video called "How Vietnam teaches Palestine to Fight Invaders" where a palestinian man travels to vietnam to see our past and present. highly recommended! 😊
Hi!!! I'm Sai :) I'm 13, queer, and the child of Indian immigrants. I'm still educating myself on the conflict, but seriously every new thing I learn makes me support palestine even more. I do believe that all three religions to whom the area is sacred should share it in peace like they used to. No one group should dominate Palestine.I also have a question, not trying to be disrespectful or provoking: How does Israel treat Palestine and its Palestinians? The same or differently than the rest of its land?
Salam to all,After the genocide, it is time we join forces, at all battlegrounds, to support the just cause of a Free Palestine.
hi! my name is aleena and I'm from Palestine <3 I support Palestine because I believe in peace a human rights. also, ive been their myself and I've seen the soldiers and how controlling israel is so ofc I cant support them
Hello, I'm Arbab. I've actively started supporting Palestine in Summer 2023 (months before the October 7th attacks). I want to help stop all oppression globally. I've never expected support for Palestine to gain this much momentum - so much so that western societal hypocrisies are coming to light. I want to use this group to discuss topics, develop my knowledge further and ultimately free Palestine.
Hey, all. My name's Anthony. I support Palestine because I have eyes, and because when the media of "my" country (the U.S.) manufactures consent for genocide, or covers for Israel, it is the responsibility of people with eyes to share what they see. As far as I'm concerned, any alternative from within the white supremacist Amerikan metropole is complicity. Israel is a settler colonial state still consolidating its power. It's analogous to the United States around the time of the Trail of Tears. While the genocide against Indigenous peoples on Turtle Island is in an incredibly late stage, the U.S. has exported the worst of its anti-Indigenous violence to Palestine through an illegitimate, ethnonationalist proxy. For those of us in the West, it is our homes arming the colonizers, and because of that we have more leverage than even Palestinians to STOP what our governments are doing. So free Palestine! Get outside and shout it to the rooftops.
(Also screw capitalism. Capitalism did this.)
assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wabarakatuh. happy to see that this group exists, i am a muslim convert of a year and a half. i support palestine because i support the right of oppressed people to resist their oppressors, wherever they may be.however, far from being just another occupied territory, i also see palestine as the key to islamic revival and reuniting the muslim world. it is not just an occupied territory, but a holy land and a moral compass.
my research interests are islam, pan-islamism, politics, religion, and history, also philosophy and poetry to a lesser extent.
Hello, here to learn about authors who support Palestine, because it is the only right thing ti do. No one is free until Palestine is free!
