Camila | 4 comments Hello everybody!

My name is Camila and I'm a translator and beta reader who has been in this business for over a decade now.

I know how hard it is to put a book together, particularly if you are an indie or struggling author, that’s why I try to offer great quality at affordable prices based on word count:

Up to 15K: $5
Up to 50K: $15
50K and Up: $35

You can visit my website for more details and reviews of my work: https://camucabookservices.weebly.com...

I only ask for payment once you have received my finished work, that way you won’t have to worry about what happens to your money! (I work with Paypal and Western Union).

I offer to work on a FREE SAMPLE, so you can see my style and decide if we can be a good fit!

What exactly is a Beta Reader and why you might need one?

A Beta Reader usually comes in the last stage of your writing, and we act as a sort of “tester” that is, we act as your target audience telling you what they might like, dislike, what could work and what not; that way you have a preview of what your future reader might think of your work before it goes live and, if there were any errors or improvements to make, you would know beforehand and fix them!

I have worked as a beta for over twelve years, with a wide variety of genres that go from Young Adult, to Memoirs and Christian books, there is hardly a genre I have no experience with!
My job is to tell you how your writing will work with the audience you have intended, as such I focus on:

Readability and sentence construction: Is the writing clear? Too obscure or too simple for the idea you are trying to convey?

Plot holes and errors: Do the things that happen in the story make sense? Are there any logical error, time issues or contradictions?

Characters (in the case of novels, short stories, etc): Do they come across the way you want to? Do they make the right impression to the readers? Are they compelling? Do their actions, thoughts and feelings make sense regarding their history and personality?

World-building: Does the world make sense? Are there any plot-holes? Is it too simple for the idea you are trying to follow, or too complex for the readers to make sense of it?

I write a comprehensive Final Report where I tackle all of these issues and any questions you might have! Usually my timeline is two weeks, but it can be done faster is the author truly needs it.
