Author is over 100 years dead, publisher probably does not exist anymore (book is from 1959!), library catalogs allowed here are totally useless for older or not mainstream books in Czech language. As a source you should allow this Czechoslovakian bibliographic database (ČBDB, entry with book above is here: https://www.cbdb.cz/kniha-221189-fant...). Or even better get a Czech administrator for books in Czech.
