They where born an only kit to suntail, thier father ran away before he was born. Their name was Ragggedkit, because of their messy fur. In their late apprenticeship, Raggedpaw found out his mother was expecting another single kit. Needlekit. Soon, they became a warrior as Raggedfang and Needlekit became Needlepaw. Then, Their mother was expecting ANOTHER LITTER. Then, she gave birth to two kits this time. Oakkit and Heartkit. Oakkit became Oakpaw, but Heartkit got held back. They was never close to his siblings, but now, they just might. Soon, he determined themself Non-binary. They are for now keeping it secret. A moon ago, they fell out of a tree and hurt their back. It was very painful. They spent a while getting treated. They sometimes laid in there waiting to die. When they finally got out, they wanted to treasure every moment.

Backstory
Sprucecrow was born in RiverClan and raised by Leafwhisper and Shrubtail. They were born as female and had two littermates: Tulipkit and Applekit. In Sprucepaw’s late apprenticeship Tulippaw was killed due to falling into the river and drowning, and this distanced Sprucepaw from their family. He began experiencing gender dysphoria and confessed to his mother and father that he didn’t feel like a she-cat and that he felt more like a tom. Their sister, Applepaw, sneered at this and rejected Sprucepaw when she came out as a trans male.

Slatepool is a stoic, loyal, and distant tabby cat with a love for their clan and family. To their clan-mates, Slatepool is a quiet cat with a determination to serve and protect their clan. With their extreme loyalty, some may find Slatepool as a respectable and reliable cat. In their free time, Slatepool enjoys practicing fishing with the small minnows that swim in the small pools around the creek as well as watching the nature around them and studying whatever they can. Overview: Wisp is rather quiet and keeps to herself a lot. She isn’t necessarily shy, she just doesn’t like to interact with cats very often, preferring to keep to herself. However, if she warms up to someone, she can be very amiable and friendly. That being said, she doesn’t like to see other cats in pain, and will often help and tend to injured or sick cats that need the help. Overview: Wren is typically a cold, distant, somewhat snappish Tom who doesn’t like to interact with others. He can be aggressive towards other cats if he feels threatened by them, or just annoyed and/or bothered by them. Once he trusts someone though, something that doesn’t happen often, he’s very sweet and kind. He can border on over protective, but is otherwise pretty easygoing and affable. Personality: Supportive, she truly enjoys helping others, and she happily shares her knowledge, attention, and expertise with anyone who needs it. With being reliable, Lilypaw would rather not work in sporadic, excited bursts that leave things half finished, but would be meticulous and careful. Archkit was born as a tom named Archie alongside his siblings, Feather and Silver, to two loners named Twilight and Gray. Feather was kind and gentle, Silver was adventurous and playful, and Archie was protective and loyal. They always played together, with Archie always making sure no one got hurt. It was rare to see the sisters playing without Archie supervising them. Their parents were rather protective of their kits, often moving around the forest to make sure they wouldn't be attacked by hostile cats or other creatures. But one night, as they were once again moving around, a fox discovered the family. Gray stayed behind to distract it while Twilight took their kits away, and was swiftly killed. The family reached the ThunderClan border when another fox appeared. Twilight made her kits run ahead to get away, and Archie led his siblings deeper into ThunderClan territory, and Twilight was killed shortly after they left. They ran for a while, and Archie thought they were safe, until the first fox appeared again, covered in scratches and Gray's blood. Archie tried to fend it off to protect his sisters, getting his ears tattered and his shoulder and flank scarred, and would have died had a few ThunderClan warriors not appeared. Archie fell unconscious from blood loss, while his siblings explained what happened, and they were all brought back to camp and accepted, receiving the names Archkit, Silverkit, and Featherkit. Upon waking, it was discovered that Archkit developed dissociative amnesia, unable to remember his parents from the trauma, and neither of his sisters wanted to hurt him more by reminding him, so they never spoke of them. Archkit decided around that time to become non-binary, unwilling to be connected to their old name and unknown history. They refused to learn about their past, and is still a bit untrusting of ThunderClan still, rather overprotective of their sisters, but is slowly starting to trust once more.

Detailed Overview: Burningsky is a very feisty and arrogant tom. He thinks he's the best. He is very rude and cruel, not really caring about the cats around him, only himself, making him selfish. He has a strong hatred for kits, thinking they are good for nothing. Weak, small cats with nothing to do in the world. One of his greatest enemy clans is WindClan. He thinks they are weak cowards. Even though he comes from RiverClan, Burningsky doesn't even really like his own clan.
The tom is very strong in both physical appearance and his mind. He is able to hide his emotions and lie easily. It's as natural to him as grooming his pelt. He's also a very big grump, easily annoyed by other cats. Maybe being in the Dark Forest demoted other cats' spirits, but Burningsky enjoys the Dark Forest because he can be himself and he doesn't have to express mercy.

Detailed: Burningsky has dark ginger fur that is nearly brown. He has a sort of "mane" which is white, along with white speckles along his neck and back. His eyes are a deep forest green. He is very muscular and bulky, his claws long and razor sharp.

Detailed Overview: Catchingfire is very strong and brave. He would have layed down his life for RiverClan when he was still in his clan. He can be very clever and is always aware of his surroundings, making him skilled in both combat and hunting. However, he did have a hard time fishing when he was still in RiverClan, though he was a decent swimmer. Sometimes this tom can be very sarcastic or witty. He doesn't have the best humor, as it's quite dark and sometimes can hurt other cats.
As for those negative traits, Catchingfire is VERY vain and tends to judge cats on their appearance and first impression. If he's got the wrong idea of someone he finds it hard to entrust them completely. He can be way too stubborn, sticking to his (mostly bad) opinions like glue and not letting go. Also, he's quite unforgiving and if a cat has done something bad to him he'll never see them the same way again.

Detailed: Catchingfire is of a very muscular and strong strucutre. He does however have paws that are shaped perfectly for hunting, sharp claws that can kill with a single strike attached to them. His base coat is a very, very dark grey, nearly black. All along his back he has black speckles, along with under his eyes. The inside of his ears is completely black, too. This toms eyes are a pale, chilly blue. His ears have small scars on them.

Backstory
Born to Sorrelsmoke and Spiderstreak of WindClan, Shredkit and his littermates Spikekit, Sharpkit and Sparkkit spent most of their time in the nursery. Shredkit and Sparkkit were the biggest of the litter, and the meanest too. They would bully other kits, especially ones younger than them. Eventually, Spikekit joined them. The trio only stopped when Sharpkit told the kits’ mother about it. Sorrelsmoke told them to stop.
As an apprentice Shredpaw was unruly, reckless and meaner than ever. He was disrespectful to his mentor multiple times. His apprentice ceremony was held back by two moons because of this.

With a sinister and eerie aura about him, Darkflight tends to stick to the outskirts of Clan life. From the shadows he observes everything with watchful amber eyes. His sharp ears rarely miss anything, and while he may not insert himself into any issues that arise in camp it does not mean they have gone unnoticed. On the occasion he does choose to speak up his words are often shrouded in the same mysterious darkness that he is.
Sarcasm and wit are the true standpoints of his personality and he is widely known as a trickster. Not in the prank sense, but in the way that nothing and no one ever seems to get under his fur. Having this sense of freedom from what others think of him, Darkflight is able to operate in a space of doing and saying whatever he wishes and pleases. Does this get him into trouble? Perhaps, but he usually has tact and can recognize when the moment is not right (thought, at times, he simply does not care)
He is a skilled and strong fighter, often pushing himself to the brink during his training. Even now as a warrior he continued to strive for excellence, specifically in battling. Often times he will ask for sparring sessions and utilize his claws during them - though he will only do this if he is certain that his sparring partner will not report him for it (so far, it has worked to his advantage). While most do not know where his true loyalties lie - and Darkflight has no issues with letting cats believe whatever they wish to - deep down, he is fiercely loyal to RiverClan. He will defend it with tooth and claw until the day he dies, even if at times it doesn't seem like it.

Built with a thin and wiry frame, Darkflight is quite different from the thick, plump cats of RiverClan. His slender stature and tall legs set him apart from most of his Clanmates. Despite this his fur is still thick and fluffy which often hides his thin frame. He has patches of thicker fur around his neck, on his cheeks, and his tail sweeps out like a giant plume. He has a long and angular face with a sharp jawline and somewhat pointed nose. In proportion to his face his ears are considered somewhat "too large" but somehow they do look like they fit. Darkflight's eyes are a dark shade of amber, often turning lighter when under the moonlight and practically gleaming whenever he is shrouded in darkness.
Because of his history of recklessly throwing himself headfirst into battle his pelt is coated with various scars, though his thick fur hides most of them. The most notable are the three that go up his neck on either side, which he gained from the RiverClan raid on ThunderClan's camp when he was just an apprentice. He wears them proudly and won't shy away from telling the gruesome story (that may or may not be slightly embellished) whenever asked about them.
His pelt color is entirely black with no markings aside from the occasional wisp of dark gray fur - but it's hardly noticeable. This was what garnered him the Dark- prefix, for how easily his all black pelt allowed him to blend in with the night and shadows. Aside from the dull pink scars along his neck there are no other instances of color happening anywhere, which makes him appear almost like a shadow.

» Kithood: Ages 0 - 6 moons «
Born into the age of RiverClan underneath Sootstar's leadership, Darkkit was the only son of talented warriors Dovecry and Beechthorn. It did cause him to be a little sad during his time in the nursery, but he was able to find playmates in the kits he was surrounded with. Due to a natural charisma he seemed to be born with Darkkit had no problem making friends. He was often the leader in games of moss-ball, or the actual leader whenever the kits of the nursery played Clans.
Around three moons old he attended his first Clan meeting with Lionstorm, who announced the death of their former High Ranks Sootstar and Stormcall. Darkkit was shocked, eyes wide at the sudden shift in RiverClan's stability. It terrified him to the point where he fled back into the nursery right after that, scared for what was to come. His parents left the meeting as well to comfort him, and after a moment or two Darkkit began to calm down.
» Apprenticeship: Age 6 moons to 12 moons «
Perhaps the start of his descent into the darkness was the fact that his apprentice ceremony was shadowed by the Clans hatred and high tensions with ThunderClan at the time. It was merely brushed over, and instead of the rousing applause he had been expecting, Darkpaw was met with murmurs of the inevitable war between the two Clans. This angered him, as he saw no reason to fight. He understood the coyotes attacking camp (and how terrifying it was), but not much more of it was explained to him.
Only a moon after his apprentice ceremony and Darkpaw was thrust into a battle he did not understand. Forced to fight against ThunderClan (out of fear of being the next exiled cat from RiverClan) he tried his best with what little battle experience he had. It was during this battle that he was pinned by a much older and more experienced cat who created the scars down the sides of his neck that are still present today. It was in this battle that the last of his innocence was stripped from him. It was also the battle that took his parents; Beechthorn who died on the battlefield, and Dovecry who later succumbed to her severe wounds.
The following moons sent Darkflight into a dark spiral. Shadows he had once been scared of felt more comforting than his own Clan and he embraced them with open paws. He soon learned that taking the pain out on others through sparring or battling was the quickest way to release the pain he felt. Often he would sneak out of camp to force a run-in with any outsiders he could find. It started with him getting beat down a few times, before he honed in his fighting skills and was soon the one coming out on top.

Once again, another important ceremony overshadowed by grief and sorrow. It was during receiving his warrior name that Splashleap resigned before the Clan. Even though a logical part of him knew better, the newly named Darkflight (his suffix given for his lack of hesitation to fly into battle to protect his Clan) felt the same familiar bitterness stir within his heart. He already held a grudge against Kestrelstar for his vicious acts that tore away more and more at RiverClan, and was convinced that he was doomed to remain in the shadows because of the leaders desire for vengeance.
His vigil was... uneventful. Darkflight stood guard outside of the camp entrance in a rigid posture, eyes narrowed. With no one around to share in the moment he allowed the shadows to flood his mind once more, thinking of ways to make those who had hurt him pay. As the days passed, he was beginning to understand more and more of why Kestrelstar and RiverClan had acted the way they did towards ThunderClan; his parents were dead because of the careless raid, but what had directly killed them was Thunderclan claws. That he could not forget.
Hearing of Kestrelstar's death... Darkflight felt nothing. Just a pit of emptiness that gave no sympathetic thoughts, no well wishes on his travel to StarClan. He did not attend the vigil for the Clan leader and instead headed out in the forest in the opposite direction. It was during this fateful evening that he ran into and subsequently murdered a ThunderClan apprentice (whose name he never got). It made him feel satisfied and fulfilled - but only for a second, and then he returned back to camp with his signature smirk and mask to cover his emotions.
Now, Darkflight has perfected the art of concealing his true emotions and self with a sardonic smirk or quick witted retort. He doesn't have much of an opinion on Skystar, as it remains to be seen what kind of leader he will be for RiverClan.

Pinekit was born to Midnightbloom and Woolytail. The two weren’t quite ready for the responsibility and weren’t overly affectionate of their kits. Both continued their warrior duties and left most of the day to day to the other cats in the nursery. However, they did still love their litter and checked in on them often. Despite this Pinekit was mostly left to his own devices. He got himself into every kind of trouble imaginable, and was a known prankster around camp. He would put nettles in nests, move rocks in front of entrances, and sneak up on cats. All with the goal of getting the attention of his parents. However, because of the harmless nature of his pranks he never succeeded. His parents mostly just thought of him as a cute kit doing cute kit things.
One night when he was five moons old he decided to take his “harmless” pranks up a notch. He did something he knew would have to get his parents attention. He snuck out of camp. He thought he would only go a few paces outside of camp, but a butterfly distracted him and he quickly got lost. He wandered around aimlessly until he came to a river. The stones beside it were slippery, and he fell in! Just before he could drown, Woolytail found him and pulled him to safety. He got scolded heavily the whole way back to camp. As punishment for his recklessness he had to wait an extra moon to become an apprentice. He still has lingering Aquaphobia from this experience. His pranks came to a full stop.

Pinepaw became an apprentice at seven moons. His mentor was Pricklehive, a driven molly who wanted nothing to do with Pinepaw and his reputation for being silly. She was serious and cold. She wanted to get him to warrior status as soon as possible. She rushed him through training, drilling him long and hard. She didn’t give him a moment’s peace. Her low opinion of him didn’t change throughout their time together. Loyalty and work were the most important things to her and she instilled this belief into Pinepaw. That was about the only thing she taught him. Her insistence on moving fast and pushing Pinepaw onto other things before he was ready left him with only a baseline knowledge of how things are done. He never got to develop any kind of skill in any particular task, and remains mediocre to this day.
Between the old trauma from his kithood and new trauma from a mentor who pushed him too hard Pinepaw caved in on himself. He felt like a failure because he couldn’t keep up with his den mates. He refused to make friends and pushed away any friends he had from the nursery. He focused all his attention on his training. Somehow he managed to stumble through six long moons of training, and make it out fine.
