SOLVED. Romance Sci-fi Male Slave from another planet works in mines, he's branded No. 4 [s]

here is what i remember
-male slave branded with the number 4, i think he was a slave in the mines i think he came from a different planet
-female, i think her father owned the mines
the male slave gets hurt when he and the woman run away together and there is a cannibal(ish) tribe that cleans the wound and drinks a cup of his blood.
There was also horse back riding and soft leather breeches she talks about them...and i think he had a collar and it would taze him.
I think she was supposed to marry someone else.
