My first thought is this is like trying to keep the waters from over flowing the dam. The waters will come anyway. For whatever reason, this is the thread that has all the attention and people want to say stuff. We will be cutting against the grain trying to stop it every time.

I appreciate the effort to keep it a game. I think the drifting is inevitable.

While drifting is an inevitable for some, we prefer the “Drifters” to *drift* over to *Extended First Thoughts.*🙂

Not picking on you, P. — you weren’t around when that thread was created. However, it was created specifically for those who like to *say more* than this game allows in order to allow for freedom to be wordy but to keep the integrity of this game’s object on track.

This thread, on the other hand, is a game for those of us who want to play First Thoughts as it was intended, giving a very brief one-three word FT to the thought above.
