The Effective Altruism Handbook, issues with separate editions

The Effective Altruism Handbook has two online editions and one paperback edition, though, as far as I can tell, the paperback edition is the same as the first online edition.

There are some issues with the current entry for The Effective Altruism Handbook.

1) I, Stefan Schubert, only co-edited the 2018 version, not the first edition and the paperback. I tried to address that but it said I don't have permission to do that. Please remove me from the paperback and the first online edition (involving Ryan Carey).

2) In my view, the 2018 version (Max Dalton and Stefan Schubert) should be set as the primary edition.

The 2018 version is entirely different from the 2015 version - it's not just a minor upgrade. And as far as I can tell from the reviews, it's the 2018 version that most people have read. Certainly, it's the version that most people will read going forward. Hence, it seems natural to set it as the primary edition.
