(view spoiler)[ I couldn't get a good handle on when this story took place. It felt dated but had modern stuff too! Home phone (cordless ) but also had cell phones. It was odd.

And yeah, that girl was scary. I'm glad his friend got away but also that he stopped being friends with her and helping her
but yeah, I also don't understand the men that want the kind of crazy woman that would stab you - even with a butterknife. . . (hide spoiler)]

I love that they didn't change much, found someone new but nearly the same as each other. cute but also sad. I liked it (hide spoiler)]

Loved this one (view spoiler)[ I love that we never knew where this story was going. it started with the retreat and the weird, cult feel of it but then went off the rails! Brooke was wild, a dark, dangerous, initially unassuming mc (hide spoiler)]

This was an interesting set of stories. Maybe an overall 3 stars out of 5
because the 3 that I liked, I really liked them!
